We’ve got answers.
-
To keep the class experience smooth and respectful for everyone, we do not allow students into the room more than five minutes after class begins. This is out of respect for both the students and teacher.
-
We recommend signing up ahead of time—it makes check-in quicker and helps us keep things running smoothly. That said, you’re always welcome to drop in if there’s space.
-
Bring a yoga mat if you have one. If not, we’ve got you covered—mat rentals are available for $3. Comfortable clothes, water, and an open mind are great additions too.
-
We’re so glad you’re here. If you want a slower pace with more instruction, start with Basics. If you’re looking to stretch and relax more than move, try Yin or Restorative. Our teachers are great at meeting you where you are.
-

-
We don’t offer refunds, but we do offer studio credit if you cancel in time. For regular classes, if you’re using a class package and cancel ahead, there’s no penalty—your class credit stays on your account.
-
100%. We welcome all levels, all backgrounds, and all bodies. There’s no need to be flexible, experienced, or dressed a certain way. Just come as you are—we’ll take care of the rest.
-
We don’t have showers, but we do have restrooms and space to change if needed. We keep it simple and cozy.
-
Nope. We’re a non-heated studio, rooted in traditional yoga. Expect a warm vibe, not a hot room.
-
Nope again. Yoga isn’t about touching your toes—it’s about showing up. Flexibility comes with time (or not), but either way, you’re already enough to practice.
