A Few Helpful Things

How's the parking?

1

Easy. We've got plenty of parking, both covered and uncovered, and you can park wherever you'd like in the lot.

What should I bring?

2

Comfortable clothes are the only must. For yoga, bring a mat if you have one (we also have rentals for $3 available). For reformer Pilates, grip socks are required—and if you forget yours, we've got them for purchase as well.

Where does all my stuff go?

3

Right inside the studio you'll find a shoe rack by the front door and cubbies in each room for your keys, bag, water bottle, and everything else you don't need while you're moving.

Water?

4

Bring a water bottle if you'd like. We have a water cooler in the back and are always happy to fill it up for you. We also have bottled water available if you need one.

How early should I arrive?

5

If it's your first visit, plan on arriving about 10–15 minutes early. It gives you time to check in, settle your things, meet your teacher, and start class feeling relaxed instead of rushed.

Coffee after class?

6

Always a good idea. Desert Wind Coffee is right around the corner, and Vesta is just a few minutes west if you're heading that direction.

We know trying a new studio can feel like a big step. Whether you're coming for Yoga or Reformer Pilates, we're looking forward to welcoming you into the space.
