Yes — grip socks are required for all reformer classes for hygiene, safety, and equipment protection.

For safety and to avoid disrupting the class experience, clients will not be admitted more than 5 minutes after class begins. Late arrivals will result in either a late cancel or no-show.

Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours will result in a $15 late cancel fee for unlimited members. Clients using class packs or drop-ins will lose the class credit.

Unlimited members who no-show for class will be charged a $25 no-show fee. Clients using class packs or drop-ins will lose the class credit.

Yes — all clients receive one courtesy late cancel per calendar year.

Waitlists are active for all full classes. When a spot becomes available, clients will be contacted in the order they joined the waitlist. You’ll have 1 hour to confirm your spot before it is offered to the next person in line.

All memberships, class packs, and drop-ins are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable.
